2. Use of Service

3. Account and Data Access

When you install GoPrimy, you grant us permission to access your Shopify store data as needed to provide the Service. This includes data related to cart activity, customer interactions, and store configuration.

We do not claim ownership over your store data. You retain all rights to your content.

4. Subscription and Payment

GoPrimy offers tiered subscription plans. Charges are billed through your Shopify account according to the pricing and billing terms selected at the time of subscription.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing plans with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may uninstall or cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon termination, access to GoPrimy features will cease immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality associated with GoPrimy (excluding your store data) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

GoPrimy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including issues with email delivery, customer response rates, or store revenue performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) during the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through email or within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
